REMINDERS:



​BROKEN GLASS & DIABETIC NEEDLES:

If you have any broken glass or diabetic needles, please place them into a labeled sturdy container (i.e. milk jug, cardboard container).


DOGS:

We love our furry friends too, but for our employees’ safety as well as your pets, please keep your animals on a leash or safely contained from our trucks and drivers during your pickup day/time.


​BAG LIMIT:

The bag limit for our residential customers is 5-33 gallon bags OR 10 of the white 13 gallon kitchen bags. Please take extra care to make sure the bags are light enough for one person to lift.  

​TRASH CANS:

Our employees make every effort to be as careful as possible with your garbage cans, however over time; due to regular wear and tear as well as being weathered they will begin to break. We are not responsible for broken cans. In the event you have an old can that you would like to have discarded with your garbage please call the office and let us know, so we can get this noted on your drivers route sheet. Otherwise we will not pick it up, regardless of the condition it is in.  


BILLING:

Bills are due the 15th day of the month. In the event that you are an EFT customer, please remember to keep us updated on new expiration dates as you receive them.
